Smoked meats and Poke.

The menu features a total of 5 all natural proteins.

Sanoe Lake - Kauai

Known as the “Princess of Surf”. Sanoe Lake is the face of the Womens global surf industry. 

When Quicksilver decided to create their womens brand Roxy they choose Sanoe to launch with.  She went on to be the face and ambassdor of Billabong for over a decade. 

Sanoe is best known for starring in the iconic movie Blue Crush. She was nominated for an MTV Movie Award for her role in the film along with actresses Kate Bosworth and Michelle Rodriguez.

Sanoe brings with her 15 years of professional

surfing and 25 years of international travel to the worlds most desired tropical destinations. During this time she gained vast knowledge in food, culture and wellness. Sanoe brings authenticity and awareness to the TROPICALI brand with her natural island style.

A modern renaissance man MSE is a California native multimedia artist, known for his work as a creative director, photographer, clothing designer, film maker and music producer.

His agency Neo Nostalgia has worked with some of the worlds biggest brands from global surf leaders Billabong to fashions elite with Fendi and Dolce Gabana. In 2008

Michael was the creative Director and Designer for The Grammys 50th anniversary Grammy Brand Clothing line. He shot and directed surf films as well as TV commercials for VH1 and Cartoon Network.

In Europe Michael creative directed 11 Mirrors Design Hotel winning the 2012 International Hotel Award for “Best Small Hotel.”  In 2013 Michael designed and creative directed the historical Lafayette Hotel in San Diego which was listed in The Los Angeles Times as one of the top 25 Travel Destinations in the World and listed on National Geographic’s “Best In the World” list.  

Michael Sterling Eaton brings a holistic approach to brand building and the guest experience with his take on cultural anthropology.
